Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Any time. Log in to your account to skip the next delivery, pause, change your coffee, size or frequency, or cancel. There's no minimum number of deliveries.
When will my first delivery arrive?
We roast on Mondays and Thursdays and ship from fresh stock in 1–2 days, so your first bag is usually with you within a few days.
What's in a rotating subscription?
Espresso and Filter subscriptions bring a different coffee from our current range each delivery. Prefer the same coffee every time? Choose the House Blend.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Choose "A gift", add their name and an optional message, and enter their address at checkout. We'll print your message on a card in the first delivery. Pay as each delivery goes out, or pay for 3, 6 or 12 monthly deliveries up front.
