About these terms
These terms cover what you buy from ASIXTH on this website: coffee, tea, accessories, subscriptions, gift cards, and class and event tickets. ASIXTH is based at Roastery House, 327 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90020. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive our order email.
- If we can't fill an order, for example something sells out or a price was shown wrongly, we'll tell you and refund what you paid for it in full.
- Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, and one code applies per order.
Payment
Payments are taken by Square. Your card details go straight to Square; we never see or store your card number.
Subscriptions
- Automatic renewal: a subscription continues until you cancel it. Your card on file is charged the subscription price shown at checkout, including its discount, each time a delivery goes out, at the frequency you chose (every week, every 2 weeks or every month).
- Cancel any time, online: in your account, with no fee. Cancel before your next delivery is charged and you won't be charged again. You can also skip a delivery, pause, or change your coffee or tea, size or frequency there.
- Shipping: free on every subscription delivery.
- Gift subscriptions paid up front cover the deliveries you chose and don't renew.
- If a payment fails, we'll try again and email you. Deliveries wait until payment goes through.
Shipping, delivery and pickup
We ship within the United States, deliver by courier near Roastery House, and offer pickup there. Costs, times and what happens if something arrives damaged are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns and refunds
Coffee and tea can't be returned. Accessories can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Gift cards
- Gift cards can be used on this website and at Roastery House, and don't expire.
- They can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it (in California, a balance under $10 can be redeemed for cash on request).
- Treat a gift card's code like cash: we can't replace a lost or stolen code once it's been used.
Classes and events
Tickets can't be cancelled or refunded. If we cancel or move a class or event, we'll offer you a new date or a full refund.
Wholesale
Wholesale accounts are agreed with us directly. Their prices, payment terms and minimums are those set on the account and shown in the wholesale portal.
Reviews and messages
Reviews come from customers who bought the product. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or not about the product.
Our responsibility
If something we sell you isn't right, we'll replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
